In short
- You own your content and the websites you build. We only use it to run Dupuu for you.
- You are responsible for your sites, stores, emails and anything AI or connected agents do in your account.
- Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Started periods are not refunded, except for our errors or where the law requires.
- AI output can be wrong. Review it before you publish.
- Indonesian law applies, and the Indonesian version of these terms prevails.
A quick overview. The full text below is what applies.
1. About these terms
Dupuu is operated by PT Jackzard Inovasi Digital, a limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia (“Dupuu”, “we”, “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit dupuu.com, create an account, or use the Dupuu dashboard, editor, AI assistant, hosting, stores, email, domains, analytics, APIs or agent connections (together, the “Services”). Our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy form part of these Terms.
You accept these Terms by ticking the box at sign-up, by creating an account or by using the Services. This is an electronic agreement under Indonesian Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions, as amended. If you accept for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Words we use
- Account: your personal sign-in to Dupuu.
- Organization: the workspace that owns websites, stores, domains, plans and data, and that members join.
- Your Content: everything you or your members add to the Services, including text, images, files, designs, products, collections, emails, prompts and code.
- Site: a website, store or page you build or publish with Dupuu, on a Dupuu address or your own domain.
- Visitors and Shoppers: people who use your Sites, including people who fill in your forms, create customer accounts, buy from your store or receive your emails.
- AI Output: designs, text, images, code or changes generated by the AI features for you.
- Agent: an AI assistant, app or script you connect to Dupuu through our API, OAuth or Model Context Protocol (MCP) access.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms and supervise your use.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date. You may sign in with a password or with a provider such as Google or Apple; keep your password and sign-in methods secure.
- You are responsible for activity on your account, including activity by Agents and API tokens you create or approve.
- Do not share your account. Each person should have their own account and join the organization as a member.
- Tell us immediately at support@dupuu.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Organizations and members
Work in Dupuu happens inside an organization. The organization owner and admins decide who joins, which role each member has and which plan applies, and they are responsible for what members and connected Agents do in the organization. If someone invited you to an organization, its owner controls the websites and data in it, and may remove your access.
If an organization is created for a business, the business, not the individual who set it up, owns the organization and its content, unless the people involved agree otherwise.
5. Plans, invoices and payment
Paid plans, their limits and their prices in Indonesian rupiah are shown in your account before you choose one. Prices include or exclude tax, such as value added tax (PPN), as stated at checkout.
- Automatic renewal. Plans are billed in advance for each period (for example monthly or yearly) and renew until cancelled. An invoice for the next period is issued shortly before the current one ends.
- Payment. Invoices are paid through our payment provider, Midtrans, using the methods offered at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- Unpaid invoices. If a renewal invoice is not paid by the end of the period, the subscription becomes past due and we send reminders. If it is still unpaid after the grace period (currently 5 days), the plan ends and its features and limits are removed. Your account and content are not deleted because a plan ended, but content over the free limits may stop being published.
- Upgrades and downgrades. An upgrade starts once its invoice is paid. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal; you must bring usage within the lower plan’s limits.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in your billing settings. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.
- Usage limits. Plans include limits, such as sites, storage, members, emails and AI usage. We may slow or pause a feature once its limit is reached.
- Price changes. We will tell you about a price change at least 14 days before it applies to your next renewal. If you do not agree, cancel before the renewal.
- Billing details. Keep your billing name, email and tax number accurate. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase other than taxes on our income.
6. Refunds
Fees for a billing period that has started are not refundable, and we do not refund unused parts of a period after you cancel or downgrade. We will refund or credit you where:
- we charged you in error or charged you twice;
- a paid feature was unavailable for a significant part of the period because of a fault on our side and we could not fix it within a reasonable time; or
- the law, including Indonesian consumer protection law, requires a refund.
To request a refund, email support@dupuu.com within 30 days of the charge with your invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Midtrans, and the time they take to arrive depends on your bank or payment provider. Domain registrations and renewals are not refundable once the registry has processed them.
7. Free plan and trials
We may offer a free plan and free trials. A trial is available once per organization. When it ends, the organization moves to the free plan unless a paid plan has been bought. We may change the limits of the free plan, and we may remove free sites that break these Terms or that have been inactive for a long time, after giving notice to the account email.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of Your Content. You give Dupuu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, adapt (for example resize images or format pages for phones), display and deliver Your Content only as needed to run, secure and improve the Services for you, including publishing it at the addresses you choose and sending it to the providers that power the features you use. This licence ends when Your Content is deleted from the Services, apart from copies kept in backups for a limited time or as required by law.
You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for Your Content, including for copyrighted works, trademarks, personal data and photos of people, and that it does not break the law or our Acceptable Use Policy. We do not review Your Content before it is published, but we may act on it as described in these Terms.
Keep your own copies of important content. You can download form entries, orders and products from the dashboard as CSV files.
9. AI features and AI Output
Dupuu’s AI features plan, design, write and edit websites, generate images and answer questions based on what you ask. When you use them:
- Review before you publish. AI Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive or similar to existing material. Edits proposed by the AI apply only after you accept them, and you are responsible for what you publish.
- Ownership. As between you and Dupuu, you own the AI Output generated for you, to the extent the law allows. AI Output may not be protected by copyright in every country, and other users may receive similar output.
- Rights in what you provide. Only upload references, images, brands or website addresses that you have the right to use. Do not ask the AI to copy another person’s protected work or brand.
- Providers. Your prompts and the related site content are sent to third-party AI model providers to generate output, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not include sensitive personal data in prompts unless it is necessary.
- No training on your content. We do not use Your Content, prompts or AI Output to train AI models.
- Limits. AI usage is limited by your plan and may be slowed or paused when the limit is reached or when needed to protect the Services.
- Not professional advice. AI Output is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
10. Agents, API and MCP access
You can let Agents work on your organization through API tokens, OAuth or our MCP server. When you do:
- You choose which Agent to connect and approve the access it gets. Anything an Agent does with that access, such as editing, publishing or deleting content, is treated as done by you.
- Keep tokens secret. Revoke tokens and connected apps you no longer use from your account settings; you are responsible for activity until access is revoked.
- Agents must respect rate limits, plan limits and our Acceptable Use Policy. We may limit, suspend or revoke access that harms the Services or other users.
- We may change or retire API versions and MCP tools. We will try to give notice of changes that break existing integrations.
- You may not resell API access or build a service that offers Dupuu’s features to third parties without our written agreement.
- Third-party Agents are not Dupuu products. Their providers’ terms and privacy policies apply to them.
11. Your Sites, Visitors and data processing
You decide what your Sites collect from Visitors and Shoppers, such as form messages, newsletter sign-ups, customer accounts, orders and analytics. For that personal data you are the controller (pengendali data pribadi) and Dupuu is your processor (prosesor data pribadi). You must give Visitors the notices the law requires, including a privacy notice and, if you sell, your terms, refund and shipping information, and obtain any consent the law requires.
When we process personal data for you, we will:
- process it only to provide the Services and on your documented instructions, which are these Terms and your settings;
- make sure our staff and contractors who handle it are bound by confidentiality;
- protect it with appropriate technical and organizational security measures;
- use only the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy, bound by data protection obligations, and update that list before adding new ones;
- help you respond to Visitor requests to exercise their rights, and with security and breach obligations, taking into account what information we have;
- notify you without undue delay after we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your data; and
- delete or return the data when you delete it or close your organization, unless the law requires us to keep it.
12. Selling with a Dupuu store
- You are the seller. You are responsible for your products and digital goods, descriptions, prices, taxes, permits, delivery, returns, refunds, customer service and compliance with consumer protection and e-commerce laws, including Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection and Government Regulation No. 80 of 2019 on Trading through Electronic Systems.
- Payments. Shopper payments are collected through Dupuu’s Midtrans merchant account. Paid orders are credited to your store balance. Dupuu does not take a commission on sales; your plan price is the charge for the store. Payment provider fees may apply as shown in your store settings.
- Holding period and withdrawals. New credits stay pending for a holding period (currently 7 days) before they become available to withdraw. Withdrawals are made to an Indonesian bank account in your or your business’s name after business verification, which may require identity and business documents.
- Refunds and disputes. Refunds to Shoppers are deducted from your store balance. We may hold a balance, pause withdrawals or reverse credits where needed to cover refunds and payment disputes, investigate suspected fraud or a breach of these Terms, or comply with the law. If your balance cannot cover a refund or chargeback, you must pay us the shortfall.
- Digital products. If you sell downloads, license keys or access to content, you are responsible for having the right to sell them and for honouring the access you promise. Dupuu delivers files and keys on your behalf.
- Allowed goods. You may only sell goods and services that are legal and allowed by our Acceptable Use Policy and by Midtrans.
13. Email and marketing
Email you send through Dupuu, including newsletters, broadcasts and automated flows, must follow anti-spam and personal data laws and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must have the consent the law requires from your recipients, identify yourself as the sender, include a working unsubscribe link and honour unsubscribe requests. Dupuu may record opens and clicks to show you campaign statistics; you must disclose this to recipients where the law requires. We may pause sending when bounce or complaint rates are high.
14. Domains
Every Site receives a free Dupuu address. Domains you buy through Dupuu are registered with a domain registrar in your name or your organization’s name and are subject to the rules of the registrar and the domain registry, including their dispute policies and the requirement to give accurate contact details. Domains renew only while renewal is paid; domains that are not renewed may expire and become available to others. When you connect a domain you own, you are responsible for its DNS settings and registration.
15. Imports and the web scraper
Dupuu can import content and collect data from web pages you point it to. Only use these tools on websites you own or are allowed to use, and follow the target site’s terms, robots instructions and the law, including copyright and personal data law. Do not collect personal data you have no lawful reason to process, and do not use these tools to overload or bypass the protections of another website.
16. Dupuu’s property and templates
The Services, including our software, editor, design system, templates, presets, components, icons and the Dupuu name and logo, belong to Dupuu or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them to build and run Sites on Dupuu while you have an account. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the Services, except where the law allows this despite this restriction.
Stock images and fonts offered in the editor are provided under their owners’ licences. Use the Dupuu brand only as allowed in writing by us.
17. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
18. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not misuse the Services, interfere with them, try to access them in ways we do not provide, or use them to break the law or harm others.
19. Intellectual property complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on a Site made with Dupuu infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, send a notice to abuse@dupuu.com with the details listed in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove or disable the content and tell the site owner, who may respond with a counter-notice explaining why the content is lawful. We may restore content when the counter-notice is credible and the complainant does not take legal action. We close the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
20. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove a Site, store, payout, email sending, domain, Agent connection or account if we reasonably believe it breaks these Terms or the law, puts Visitors, other users or the Services at risk, or if we are required to act by a court or authority. Where it is safe and lawful, we will tell you why and how to respond. In urgent cases, such as phishing, malware or harm to children, we may act first and contact you afterwards.
We may also end these Terms for an account or organization with 30 days’ notice, for example if we stop offering the Services, and will refund prepaid fees for the period after the end date.
You can stop using Dupuu at any time and delete your account from your account settings. Amounts already invoiced remain payable.
21. What happens to your data when you leave
When you delete your account, organizations where you are the only member are deleted with their Sites and data, and published Sites stop being served. This cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first. When we end your access for reasons other than a serious breach, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export Your Content where it is lawful to do so. We then delete or anonymize the data as described in our Privacy Policy, apart from records we must keep by law, such as invoices.
22. Beta and preview features
Some features are marked beta, preview or experimental. They may change, have limits or be withdrawn at any time, and are provided without any commitment about availability or support.
23. Availability, support and changes
We work to keep the Services available and secure, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, which we try to schedule at quiet times. Support is available at support@dupuu.com.
We keep improving Dupuu and may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, we will give you reasonable notice, and you may cancel and receive a pro-rated refund for the unused paid period.
24. Third-party services
Some features rely on services run by others, such as payment, domain, shipping-rate, email, AI and sign-in providers, Google Search Console, stock image libraries, and apps or Agents you connect. Their own terms may apply to you. We are not responsible for services we do not control or for changes they make, although we choose our providers with care.
25. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Services and AI Output are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties that they will meet your particular needs, be accurate or be free of errors, and we disclaim implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Dupuu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, sales, data or goodwill, even if they were foreseeable. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Services in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Dupuu for the Services during those 12 months and IDR 1,000,000.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
26. Responsibility for claims
You will defend and cover Dupuu, its directors, employees and providers against reasonable losses, fines and costs, including legal fees, arising from claims by others that result from Your Content, your Sites, stores or emails, Agents you connect, or your breach of these Terms or the law. We will tell you about such a claim promptly and let you take part in its defence.
27. Events outside our control
Neither party is responsible for a delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, unrest, government action, failures of power, internet or provider networks, or attacks on infrastructure, other than an obligation to pay. The affected party will try to limit the impact and resume performance as soon as possible.
28. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, contact us first at support@dupuu.com so we can try to resolve it amicably through good-faith discussion. If it is not resolved within 30 days, either party may bring it before the District Court (Pengadilan Negeri) with jurisdiction over Dupuu’s registered office, unless the parties agree to another forum such as mediation or arbitration.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this section limits your right to use a consumer dispute settlement body (BPSK) or the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
29. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies they refer to and any order you accept, are the whole agreement between you and Dupuu about the Services.
- Language. These Terms are published in Indonesian and English in accordance with Law No. 24 of 2009. If the versions differ, the Indonesian version prevails.
- Notices. We send notices to the email address on your account or in the dashboard. You can send notices to the contact addresses below.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them to an affiliate or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.
- Severability and waiver. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Relationship. The parties are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship.
- Termination of the agreement. For an agreement to end without a court order, the parties waive Articles 1266 and 1267 of the Indonesian Civil Code to the extent needed.
30. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify account owners by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect, unless the change is required by law or addresses a security risk, in which case it may apply sooner. If you keep using the Services after the changes take effect, the updated Terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and delete your account.
