Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everything published, sold or sent with Dupuu: websites and their pages, files and forms, stores and products, emails, domains, AI prompts and output, imports and scraping, and use of our APIs and MCP server. Account owners are responsible for what their organization members and connected Agents do.

• Phishing and credential theft: pages that imitate a bank, payment provider, government service, marketplace or other organization, or that collect passwords, PINs, one-time codes or card details under false pretences.
• Malware: hosting or distributing viruses, ransomware, spyware, cryptominers or links to them, or using Dupuu to control compromised systems.
• Scams and fraud: fake shops, goods that are never delivered, investment, lottery or job scams, pyramid schemes, fake charities, fake reviews, and misleading claims about prices or products.
• Illegal goods and services: including narcotics, weapons and explosives, counterfeit goods, stolen data or accounts, illegal gambling, unlicensed financial, lending or investment services, and any product or service that is illegal in Indonesia or where it is offered.
• Regulated products without the required licence: such as medicines, medical devices, alcohol, tobacco and vapes, and health claims that are false or not allowed.
• Child sexual abuse material: any content that sexualizes minors. We remove it, preserve evidence and report it to the authorities.
• Hate, harassment and violence: content that promotes violence or hatred against people because of ethnicity, religion, race, gender, disability or similar characteristics, threatens or harasses people, supports terrorism, or shares someone’s private information without consent.
• Impersonation and deception: pretending to be another person, brand or organization in a way that misleads visitors, and deceptive synthetic media of real people.
• Infringement: content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including copies of other websites you are not allowed to reuse.
• Non-consensual or illegal sexual content, including intimate images shared without consent, and pornography prohibited by Indonesian law.
• Personal data misuse: collecting, publishing or selling personal data without a lawful basis.

• Only email people who have agreed to hear from you, and honour unsubscribe requests promptly.
• Do not send unsolicited bulk email, use purchased or scraped lists, or hide who you are.
• Keep bounce and complaint rates low. We may pause sending when they are high.
• Do not use forms, comments or reviews to post spam.

• Do not probe, scan or test the security of Dupuu or other users without our written permission. If you find a vulnerability, report it to support and give us time to fix it.
• Do not bypass plan limits, rate limits or access controls, share accounts to avoid limits, or create accounts in bulk.
• Do not use Dupuu for file hosting unrelated to your website, for denial-of-service attacks, proxying, crypto mining, or activity that degrades the Services for others.
• Do not use the importer or web scraper to collect data you are not allowed to collect, to ignore a site’s access restrictions, or to overload other websites.
• Do not let Agents or scripts flood the API or MCP server, or use them to do anything this policy prohibits.

• Do not use the AI features to generate content this policy prohibits, or to create misleading content about real people.
• Do not try to bypass the safety measures of the AI features or the providers behind them, or extract their instructions.
• Do not present AI Output as professional advice, or publish it without review where errors could harm people.

We review reports and may also detect problems ourselves. Depending on the severity, we may warn you, remove content, unpublish or suspend a website, pause a store, its payouts or email sending, revoke tokens or Agent access, or suspend or close the account. For phishing, malware, child sexual abuse material and other urgent harm, we act immediately and may notify the authorities.

Where it is safe and lawful, we will tell the account owner what we found and how to respond. If you believe we made a mistake, reply to our notice or email support@dupuu.com and we will review it.

If you find a website or email made with Dupuu that breaks this policy, email abuse@dupuu.com. Please include:

• the full address (URL) of the page, or the email with its headers;
• what is wrong, such as phishing, a scam, malware or infringement;
• screenshots or other evidence, if you have them;
• for an infringement report, the work or mark that is infringed, where it is, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized, and confirmation that you own it or act for the owner;
• how we can contact you, if you would like a reply.

We prioritize reports of phishing, malware and harm to children. We do not share the reporter’s identity with the website owner unless the law requires it, or you agree, as may be needed for an infringement report.
